The Primer on Crystal Techniques is a “grade school” level introduction on Crystal Sphere Techniques magic. It is a combination of history, details, and simply-but-safe exercises that try to explore the most common forms of magic, specifically elemental and reactional.
The book is already in its ninetieth edition with the publisher, Lowen and Gid Publishing, having close ties to the Glorious Crystalline Council. Over the years, it has been mentioned that the book takes little effort to describe other magical systems, plus the illustrations demonstrate a lack of diversity. Despite that, it is considered the “go to” book on teaching children who have not manifested.
